Iberdrola will pay a gross interim dividend per share of 0.18 euros, within the framework of the second edition of its scrip dividend corresponding to 2022, as reported by the company on Wednesday to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
To carry out this new edition of the remuneration system, the energy company will carry out a capital increase with a maximum reference market value of 1,165 million euros.
