After long hours of controversy, an outcome was found. Caen succeeded in obtaining, Thursday, January 12, the postponement of its match of the 19th day of Ligue 2 at Sochaux, initially scheduled for Saturday (3 p.m.). His trainer, Stéphane Moulin, was to attend, on this date, the funeral of his wife Armelle, who died on Wednesday. After being refused on its first three postponement proposals, Sochaux citing logistical reasons, Stade Malherbe ended up reaching an agreement to move the match to Friday January 20 at 6:30 p.m.
