In this regard, Mayor Freddy Ramírez said that “as a municipality we have created a complete program with the objective that tourists and our community find in Concón a range of activities related to culture, sports, gastronomy and music. For that, we have reconfigured a series of activities giving them a leap in quality with nationally and internationally renowned artists, because we believe that the residents of Concón, as well as tourists, deserve high quality and safe shows.
Summer Program 2023
For the remainder of this January and February, Concón will be the scene of various activities aimed at the development of sports, culture, arts and entertainment, in a 2023 Summer Program that is already available on all municipal social networks (@MuniConcon ) and that this January 21 will have the Stand Up Paddle Championship in Playa Amarilla, the longest Corvina conconina in the world on February 2 in Plaza Patricio Lynch, the XVII Art Expo on February 4 and 5 and February 14 for Valentine’s Day ‘Vive el amor’ with Javiera Parra and Los Imposibles, among other scenarios completely open to the community.
“We want to give life to public spaces that were in disuse and for the commune to gain new momentum after years in which the tourism sector was seriously affected. We are working side by side with tourism representatives and entrepreneurs, opening new spaces and organizing massive activities to turn Concón into one of the main communes in the region during the summer season”, concluded Mayor Ramírez.
