The Lunelli family has thus confirmed its commitment to the area not only on an environmental but also a social front. The collaboration, aimed at the hall and reception areas, both in the last three years of the School and in Higher Education, aims to enhance the potential of the students, strengthening their professional preparation path and providing them with further tools to become the next protagonists of the sector of ‘hospitality.

The goal: to create a virtuous relationship between professional schools and businesses
The intent of the Adopt a School project, supported by 23 companies nationwide, is precisely to create a virtuous relationship between technical-professional schools and companies, enriching training and at the same time responding to the needs of brands, which today are struggling to find the manufacturing talents fundamental to one’s development on the labor market. A study by the Altagamma Foundation with Unioncamere published in the volume I Talenti del Fare 2 estimates that the need for technical and professional profiles in the next 5 years will be 346,000 compared to 236,000 in 2019. A growth of almost 50%, of which however to date only half are able to be satisfied. In detail, it appears that 36,000 workers will be required in the hospitality sector.

Ferrari Trento’s choice to focus on the world of catering and hôtellerie stems from the in-depth study on the theme of the art of hospitality conducted since 2016, in collaboration with major players in the world of Italian and international haute cuisine, such as the World’s 50 Best Restaurants and Identità Golose. Ferrari bubbles tell a real lifestyle based on the pleasure of sharing, where hospitality represents a fundamental value, especially in the food and wine experience. This is why Ferrari Trento has been dedicating great attention to those who make hospitality an art for years. The Istituto Alberghiero Trentino di Levico Terme was selected as a school of excellence on the national scene thanks also to the campaign launched with the Ospitalia brand.

Training and insights into the world of wine and catering
The partnership kicked off on February 27 with the presentation of an educational proposal that will involve 20 speakers, including sector experts and Lunelli Group managers, for a total of approximately 100 hours of training between lectures and field experiences. In fact, insights into the world of wine and catering, management, communication and marketing are planned, as well as visits to the cellar and vineyards, as well as internship opportunities in the starred restaurant of the Lunelli Group, Locanda Margon and at the Ferrari Spazio.
